Develop confidence and professionalism in sales. Emphasis will be on selling interaction including your communication, listening, team participation and problem-solving skills. You will gain a basic understanding of sales and its importance within the marketing environment. You will learn about prospecting, strategic selling principles, sales meetings, sales presentations and negotiations.
