This course is designed to explore ethics and authorized practice issues for immigration consultants in a broad and specific sense. If you want to start an independent practice or business or to work in the field you must be aware of the current restrictions on the nature of your work, as well as possible changes to the methods and areas in which you may carry on business. The obligation of the immigration consultant to your client and the importance of client interviews, office management and preparation will also be discussed.
