Professional Conduct, Authorized Practice and Ethics

If you want to start an independent practice or business you must be aware of the current restrictions on the nature of your work, as well as possible changes to the methods and areas in which you may carry on business. You will explore ethics and authorized practice issues in both a broad and specific sense. Your obligation to the client and the importance of client interviews, preparation and office management will also be discussed.
