An in-depth analysis of the current employment health and safety legislation in Ontario. Study the Occupational Health and Safety Act, WHMIS, Workers Compensation Act and consider accident prevention, investigation, loss control, hazardous materials, monitoring and employees/employer rights and committees as defined by the legislation.
