Marketers must understand their clients and the role of marketing research in the marketing process. You will learn research methods including traditional quantitative tools and qualitative applications. You will understand the inter-relationship of the parts of the research process to gain confidence in a particular research result, as well as, current research practices and processes including emerging trends. This course will emphasize the need to be competitive, cost-effective, accurate and timely when making decisions. Real-world applications will be addressed to provide you with the opportunity to apply the research process.
