This course, which requires the completion of levels 1-3 of the CGA courses, provides leaders with the knowledge and skills to be an integral part of the management team. The goals are to develop a conceptual understanding of the role of management accounting information used in supporting managerial decisions, to develop an ability to perform analyses relevant to specific management decisions, and to develop an awareness of current issues in designing and implementing effective management control systems.
