Legal Research
This course provides the Law Clerk student with beginner’s knowledge in conducting basic legal research of statutes, regulations and case law using different research media, including books and loose-leaf services, CD-ROMS and on-line research systems. Students will also be introduced to the requirements of good legal writing.
