Build on your knowledge gained in Immigration Law and cover the procedures and practical processes in completing, filing and issuing applications for admission to Canada as immigrants, visitors, temporary workers and students, as well as applications for refugee status. The focus will be on the efficient and timely processing of forms and supporting documentation.
Note: If you do not have the necessary prerequisite you will be dropped from the course and will be refunded your tuition fee minus a $25 processing fee.
