An introduction to the theory, concepts and application of Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS). You will develop an understanding of the role and importance of HRMS and you will develop the ability to assess needs, plan, implement and maintain a HRMS. Additionally, you will gain hands-on experience in the application of Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and Access software.
