Build your competency in facilitating the group process. Get the hands-on practice you need to develop and demonstrate the competencies necessary to facilitate group process for learning. You will be able to identify various types of groups and their purpose in organizations, identify group structure and growth, as well as analyze group dynamics problems. Applications include analyzing and facilitating group processes, such as inter-member communications and group decision-making. Group process facilitation skills can be used as part of training strategies as well as in team development.
