Understanding the rules of evidence is essential for appearing and arguing matters before various courts and tribunals. You will gain an understanding of the various types of evidence, as well as the different rules related to admissibility and exclusion of evidence and the determination of credibility and weight or probative value of evidence. You will also gain an understanding of the complexities created by modern science and technology when applying the rules of evidence.
