Employment Law

This course will introduce the students to the laws affecting employment in Ontario, including Employment Standards, Occupational Health & Safety, Human Rights, Labour Relations and Workers’ Compensation.  It is designed to familiarize students with the legal issues relating to the employee-employer relationship and how laws attempt to resolve conflicts in that relationship.  

Online courses have not been accredited by the Law Society of Upper Canada
