Develop a working knowledge of financial statements analysis and interpretation. Emphasis will be on a practical approach to forecasting techniques. You will cover topics including income statements, statements of retained earnings, balance sheets, statements of cash flow, ratio and trend analysis, collateral security, cash flow forecasts budgeting, pro forma statements, debts vs. equity capital structures, capital financing, cost of financing, cost of capital, depreciation and amortization, and lease vs. buy option.
