CERTIFICATE 20251 Training and Development

The Training and Development Certificate program is designed to prepare those who want to develop, expand or upgrade their skills and knowledge in the field of human resource development. Courses in the theory and practice of needs assessment, training program design, delivery and evaluation are offered to enable you to assist organizations in developing the effectiveness of individuals and groups to support their business strategy. This program is suitable for those that want to enter this field, as well as for those already employed in training and development who wish to upgrade their competencies. Candidates who complete the program may apply for credit for prior education, equivalent to one year of experience, through the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD). Courses are subject to change by the association.
