Richard teaches business courses both in class and online. He works to develop courses for the college and corporate communities. Online education is growing in leaps and bounds and companies are learning about its value to their corporate training programs.
Prior to becoming an educator he held ownership of a manufacturing and distribution company that he managed for over 13 years. Prior to that, he worked in the government and subsequently in the oil industry.
He lives in a small town and enjoys spending as much time as he can with his family. He have a step-daughter who is taking on the world of hair design. He and his wife are often in an ice rink cheering for their two sons' hockey teams.
